Thank you for contacting technical support. We try to answer all technical support e-mails within 24 hours (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). If you do not receive a timely response from your e-mail, make sure that you have provided your correct e-mail address. If you have a second e-mail address, provide that in the body of your inquiry as well. When we receive bounced responses we try to re-send to a secondary address when possible.
